Quality Assurance Process
Our main goal is to provide our clients with a high-quality translated document. Based on this need, and our expertise, we have designed a translation quality-assurance process to guarantee high quality in all of our projects.
The translation project is assigned to the member of our team that is more qualified and familiar with the type of document to be translated.
Translation / Research
The document is translated. If necessary, the translator researches and reads documents about the subject matter of the document to be translated.
A glossary of technical and approved terms is created, in order to assure consistency in subsequent projects.
The translation is submitted to another qualified and experienced translator/editor to be proofread and edited as necessary.
The document is submitted to the desktop publishing team. The desktop publisher works on the format and makes sure it matches the original document.
Once the document is formatted, the editor proofreads it again, and makes sure all formatting details are correct: layout, fonts, headers/footers, pagination, margins, graphics, etc.
The Project Manager gathers the final version of the document, makes sure everything is correct, and submits it to the client.
